-Growth Mindset
-Meditation
-Plus plenty of exercises, tools, techniques, and strategies to strengthen their mindfulness muscles and fill their strategy toolbox with!

30 min-1 hr per session (depending on age)

Recommendation:
-Minimum of 4 sessions (1 per week)
